Sure, we have a range of unique food and cookery businesses, a great cookery school with all the mod-cons you can shake a wooden spoon at, an innovative food and events offer and yes, we have some brilliant chefs who love what they do.

But more importantly – all of our courses and events are tailored for you and are perfect for all levels of experience.

The thing that makes us stand out is our passion. It’s our passion for food and cooking and giving people the confidence and know-how to get back into the kitchen that really gets us going.

Everything from the live Chef Demonstrations to actually cooking the dishes themselves has a light hearted feel to it - you don’t have to worry about making the odd mistake or getting things wrong, it’s all part of the learning curve and we embrace that. So don’t worry if your quiches break or your kebab skewers burn, you’ll get there eventually and we’re there every step of the way to help you out.
