Our Cookery Courses and Costs

For 2011 – 2012, we have some great new additons to the programme!

Due to popular demand we’ve introduced new shorter courses on Saturdays, and for those of you who are bored of restaurant dining and are looking for a novel food experience to come and enjoy with your friends – try our two hour Cook and Dine evenings!

Full Day Cookery Course costs:

£90 per person

Our Full Day Saturday programme offers in-depth cookery courses – which are great if you are looking to learn a whole host of techniques and skills. These cookery courses give a great opportunity to come and spend the day with our chefs and really hone your cookery skills, and learn lots more about cookery and food.

Half Day Cookery Course costs:

£50 per person

Baking, Bread and PastryCan Cook Half Day Cookery Courses

Our Half–Day Saturday courses are new to the programme, offering a more detailed introduction to cookery than the evenings, with a real range for you to choose from! Come and join us for a morning of Chef Demonstrations and practical cooking sessions, finishing with a stunning lunch prepared by you and the chefs!

Always popular, these courses are the perfect way to spend an evening with friends and family or to meet new people. Our evening courses are all based on a different world cuisines and introduce you to the ingredients, flavours and techniques needed to create real authentic dishes.

Cook and Dine Sessions cost:

£30 per person

Our New Cook and Dine Evenings

These evenings are all about the food experience – with both cooking and the opportunity to enjoy the food you prepare with the group! Our Cook and Dine programme includes Thai and Indian curry nights as well as an Italian night. At the end of the evening you will sit down in our dining room to enjoy all the food you have prepared with a beer or a glass of wine!

All our courses and costs include:

  • Tea, coffee and a homemade snack at the beginning of the course, The snack may include cakes or biscuits, or something specific to the cuisine you are cooking.
  • Tea and Coffee, which are served throughout.
  • Chef demonstrations and Chef tuition.
  • Food and Ingredients.
  • Practical Cookery Sessions at your own cookery station.
  • Everyone leaves with a full set of recipes from the session.
  • Wine and beer are available to buy.
