Evening Cookery Classes

Our evening courses run Monday to Friday providing introductions into cuisines from around the world.

All our evening courses include chef demonstrations, tasting sessions and lots of practical cookery time for creating a range of starters, mains and desserts.

The sessions cater for all levels of skill and are a great way for beginners to get started, or for more confident cooks to learn some new tricks and get some inspiration from the Chefs!  Each course introduces you to the ingredients, flavours and techniques to create real authentic dishes. New to the programme this year is our Valentines Tapas for Two.

  • Each sessions runs from 6.15-9.30pm.
  • You can enjoy the food you prepare in the Studio or take it home to enjoy with your friends and  family.
  • Everyone cooks a minimum of two dishes during the evening.
