Our evening courses run Monday to Friday and include introductions into cuisines from around the world along with classes offering basic cookery techniques and bread making sessions.
All our evening courses include chef demonstrations, tasting sessions and lots of practical cookery time for creating a range of starters, mains and desserts.
The sessions cater for all levels of skill and are a great way for beginners to get started, or for more confident cooks to learn some new tricks and get some inspiration from the Chefs! Each course introduces you to the ingredients, flavours and techniques to create real authentic dishes.
