Cookery Days for Teams

 

Our team cookery experiences allows you to choose from a range of world cuisines – Vietnamese, Italian, Thai, Indian, Spanish or even our Northern Greats!

The sessions combine a mixture of Chef demonstration and practical cookery sessions where you will work in your own cookery area with a range cooker between two.  

The Studio will be booked out for your team and you will have full use of the facilities. These sessions are a great opportunity to do something you can enjoy together as a team!

Our Full Day Cookery Experience includes:

• A selection of breakfast dishes with croissants, pastries, fresh orange juice, tea and coffee on arrival.
• The day is full of chef demonstrations, tasters and practical cookery sessions.
• Everyone will cook three courses.
• During the morning session you will prepare your lunch.
• During the afternoon you will prepare dishes that you can either sit down and enjoy as a team at the end of your day with aglass of wine or take home with you!

Our full day cost (6-7 hours) includes a recipe pack, tuition, food, refreshments throughout the day and a glass of wine.  Additional wine can be made available at £5 per head.

Cost £140 per person (minimum of 10 people and maximum of 20 people for maximum benefit. We can cater for groups of up to 30 – please call to discuss).

Half Day Sessions

We can also provide a shorter half day session for £110 per person. These sessions will run in a similar format to the full day sessions, but will be 4-5 hours long. This session will still be packed with chef demonstrations and time for you to cook delicious dishes for yourselves, and enjoy them together as a team.
