Cookery for Team Building Day

Full Day Sessions

Cookery can be a great medium for team building and can provide an away day with a difference- a brilliant way to bring colleagues and clients closer together. The format of your team building day includes:

• A selection of breakfast dishes with croissants, pastries, fresh orange juice, tea and coffee on arrival
• A morning cookery session. You will be working with our Chefs for the morning- watching Chef demonstrations and taking part in practical cookery sessions to hone and develop your skills ready for your afternoon cookery challenge. During the practical cookery sessions you will cook your own lunch!
• A break for lunch where you will enjoy all you have prepared in our dining room.

Team Challenge

An afternoon team challenge – you and your work colleagues are split into teams of your choice and set a task and time based challenge to really put your teamwork to the test. The day will end with presentations, feedback on your team challenge and and prizes for the winning team.

Our full day price includes everything mentioned above, refreshments throughout the day, and a glass of wine with your meal should you request this.

 Cost £140 per person for 6-7 hours (minimum of 10 and maximum 20 people). This is for maximum benefit – however we can cater for groups of up to 30 – please call to discuss.

Half Day Sessions

Our team building half day session is 4- 5 hours long. The half day also involves a shorter team challenge format. This begins with a Chef demonstration where our Chef will give you some guidance on how to complete your practical cookery challenge and a full team brief for the afternoon.

Following on from your challenge – you have the option to finish your session in our dining room and enjoy the dishes you have prepared!

 Cost £110 per person for 4-5 hours and for a minimum of 10 and maximum 20 people- this is for maximum benefit. We can cater for groups of up to 24 – please call to discuss.

*Should you wish to combine your half day with the hire of our facilities and meeting area for the remainder of the day –  this is available with catering. A boardroom table able to seat 20, an additional meeting space, a wireless network, projector/ screen, flip chart are also available.  Call us to discuss.
