Our Pasta Making & Sauces session takes you straight into the world of Italian Cookery – focusing on making your own fresh pasta and creating classic Italian sauces to compliment your beautifully hand-crafted pasta – created all by yourself!
Our chefs will teach you all they know about the art of pasta-making and provide you with some amazing new recipes for sauces that you will use again and again.
During the course of the day you will also enjoy refreshments, meal accompaniments and wine with your meal
