It has been a busy couple of months in the Studio and our main focus has been on our Corporate Team Days, one of our favourite offers!
Like us, our Partners in Teaching Liverpool to Cook - 5by25 – are passionate not only about young people learning to cook from scratch, but also learning valuable life skills such as food buying and storage, in order to make the most of food in every way.

As well as enjoying both cooking and eating food – at Can Cook we are also passionate about the effect that food can have on your health. One area of food and health that particularly interests us is the effect that food and cookery can have on your mood and the way that you feel.
This blog is all about the benefits of cooking and enjoying your own food and which foods can help improve your mood and mental health.

Our third and final interview with the newest Chef to the team – Alex Navarro. Alex has worked with us for almost two years now and shares the other chefs passion for teaching everyone to cook. Alex has been the lead in setting up our Cafe in Garston and works alongside Tony and Richie in the Studio.
